We're happy to refund goods within 7 days of purchase, we'll even refund the postage paid on the original purchase. Naturally enough the goods must be returned undamaged.

In the case of faulty goods we will replace or refund the goods if returned to us with in 14 days.

 In either case, please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number, the date bought and details of your original method of payment.
